Eight years ago on her birthday, Rachel Feller adopted Sammy, part Chow, part Australian Shepherd, from the pound. Since then, her passion for dogs has continued to grow. Combining her passion for dogs with her love for drawing, Rachel decided to participate in painting a hound for Hounds About Town, a community event sponsored by Kids Power, running during the month of May.
