rot2Home prices continue to rise in November in Northwest Indiana, according to the latest real estate market data.

“It’s still a seller’s market,” reports Jeanne Sommer, broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Alliance Group in Valparaiso, IN. The Inventory is low and now is a great time to list your home. In Porter County, the number of days a property was listed on the market stayed the same at 123 days from 2013 to 2014. The number of homes sold in Lake County is about the same from 2013 to this year. “2015 should be a stellar year,” says Nick Sommer, VP of CENTURY 21 Alliance Group.
