Craig M. Dwight, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Bank, N.A., is pleased to announce the promotion of Debra K. Pedzinski to Vice President, Mortgage Lending. She is responsible for creating and maintaining underwriting procedures, investor compliance, loan exceptions and managing mortgage underwriting staff. She has worked at Horizon Bank for 29 years.
Pedzinski earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington. She is President of the Michigan City High School Parent Group and a member of Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, where she serves on the festival committee and stewardship committee.
Pedzinski resides in La Porte.
