Just got done working at the Butterfield Family Pavilion at the Old Fairgrounds Park with our Park Foundation. It was our fundriser, Sunday in the Park. Great afternoon/evening. And guess what?!? Valpo Life was there!!

When inside, I sit in front of my box fan, until the heat gets the better of me and I turn on the AC. Or I eat ice pops to keep cool. Outside, I like to take long walks/runs in the sun and soak up as much vitamin D as I can!
