Immanuel Students Donate to “Project Pajamas”

Immanuel's 8th grade students donated 25 pairs of pajamas and 20 books to a local "Project Pajama" chapter in Indiana. These pajamas are sent to foster homes so that the first night of being in an unfamiliar home will not be so scary for a foster child. They will also have a book that the foster parents can read to the child as they are put to bed that first scary night.

The 8th grade picked this charity because the director of the annual 8th grade play is a foster parent and felt it was a great way to help other children.
