IU Loses to No. 11 Wisconsin 83-55

Jason Bohannon had seven 3-pointers and a career-high 30 points to help No. 11 Wisconsin rebound from a surprising home loss by routing Indiana 83-55 on Saturday.

Trevon Hughes added 16 points and Wisconsin (19-6, 9-4 Big Ten) showed no lingering effects after a loss to Illinois on Tuesday, their first after 51 straight wins against unranked conference foes at home under coach Bo Ryan.

In this one, Wisconsin pummeled Indiana (9-15, 3-9) from the start and handed the Hoosiers their worst loss this season. Indiana, which has dropped six straight, committed 21 turnovers.

 

Christian Watfod scored 15 points on 4-of-12 shooting to lead the Hoosiers, who have lost their last three to Northwestern, Ohio State and Wisconsin by a combined 62 points..
