More than 1,200 Indiana University Northwest undergraduate students received recognition on the Dean’s and Chancellor’s List for the spring 2020 semester. To be named to the Dean’s List, students must earn a 3.3 grade point average (GPA) or higher. To be named to the Chancellor’s List, students must earn a 4.0 grade point average.
The spring lists include full-time and part-time students. The full-time students’ GPAs were calculated using their grades from the spring 2020 semester. The part-time students’ GPAs were calculated by combining their grades from the fall 2019 and spring 2020 semesters.
“Congratulations to our students who reached the highest levels of academic success during the last two semesters,” said Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Vicki Román-Lagunas. “This is especially impressive given the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic during the spring and the changes it brought to students’ lives. Juggling school, work, and home life is no easy feat, and we applaud our students’ hard work and perseverance.”
