Jim Renneker Joins Methodist Hospitals as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer

Jim-RennekerJim Renneker, MSN, RN, FACHE joined Methodist Hospitals on December 11, 2017, as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Jim joins Methodist from Loretto Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to working at Loretto Hospital as Vice President and CNO, he worked as Vice President and CNO at Highland Hospital affiliated with North Shore University Healthy System. Additionally he served Vice President, CNO and Chief Operating Officer at Weiss Memorial Hospital and Vice President and CNO at Sinai Medical Center affiliated with the Aurora Health System in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Jim is an accomplished nurse executive with over 35 years of demonstrated experience and leadership in Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice and Long Term Care settings in community, academic and teaching medical centers. Since he is familiar with the relevance of Magnet status, he will continue to execute the standards set forth for Magnet® re-designation.
