Join the Discussion of Dunes Art on Saturday, November 8

porter-county-museumJoin a diverse group of local artists for a conversation of place, beauty, and community November 8 at 4p at the Lubeznik Center for the Arts in Michigan City. These artists work with a variety of media, and come from different towns and backgrounds but they share something in common, their love for the Indiana Dunes.

The Area Artists' Association and the Historical Society of Ogden Dunes invite you to join this conversation about the arts in the dunes. This panel discussion moderated by Gregg Hertzlieb, curator of the Brauer Museum of Art at Valparaiso University, will explore questions about life in the dunes, each artist's work, and the artistic community of the region.

This program is part of the Ogden Dunes Stories Project, a series of programs and exhibits exploring and celebrating life along the lakeshore. The Ogden Dunes Stories Project is made possible by a generous grant from Indiana Humanities.
