KidsCamp Members “Wowed” By Summer Science Show

BGC-Action-Science-2012Members of Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County KidsCamp bubbled over with excitement as they learned about scientific principles during the Summer Science Show held at Clubs in Valparaiso, South Haven and Portage. Chief Scientist Susan Petersen from Action Science gave members the chance to discover how fun science can be as they learned about air pressure, how dry ice works and more.

It was a great addition to our summer programming highlighting STEM (science, technology, engineering & mathematics) education and helping with summer loss of learning,” said Mary Loveless, Kidstop Director.
