Raised in Kouts, Indiana, Broker/Owner Larry Hitz co-founded Executive Group in 1982 with the true understanding of what defines a community. Having grown up in a loving, supportive family in a small town environment, Larry knew the significance of that support structure in which he was nurtured. He has successfully carried that appreciation forward as he has established and grown his real estate business.
Since 1987, when Larry acquired sole ownership of the agency, he has been devoted to developing a caring environment in which real estate agents can share and thrive. Recently Larry affiliated his agency with the Prudential Real Estate System.
