Latitude Commercial celebrates successful year, anticipates more growth in 2020

A solid New Year’s Resolution is only as successful as the self-reflection it takes to form one. For businesses especially, a look back at all the past milestones that have led a company to its current standing is essential. Latitude Commercial employed this mindset at their recent company retreat.

Each team member agreed it was a wonderful experience, both professionally and as a celebration of the company’s efficacious year and 10th anniversary.

“It was a great evening,” said Cade Weiler, Latitude Commercial Associate. “We spent time reflecting over our 2019 year and what we will do in this new 2020 year as a company.”

While a lot of people think a resolution should be rooted in fixing the negatives, this is not necessarily the case. An effective resolution will absolutely take the positives into account, too. By celebrating achievement, a company can use the momentum of that energy to enter the year refocused and excited for more triumphs. Latitude Commercial especially appreciated the opportunity to shout each other’s successes at their company retreat.

One such key accomplishment was transitioning the team to be divided into their specialties. Instead of one umbrella of service, the Latitude crew is able to provide unparalleled, undistracted attention to clients who require their guidance on focused areas. For instance, Latitude Commercial’s Retail Group works closely with real estate departments to create a strategic plan for store development, while their Office Group provides a full range of transaction expertise including single building and portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, leases, subleases, lease renewals, lease expansions, build-to-suits, sale/leasebacks, and tax-free exchanges. Every group is composed of reliable, experienced experts who understand the wide range of nuances that go into each area of focus. Read more about the breadth of services available here: https://nwi.life/article/latitude-commercial-runs-the-gamut-of-commercial-real-estate-services/.

As 2019 was a big milestone for Latitude Commercial—their 10th anniversary—the team also reflected on their positive community outreach endeavors, which they hope to continue developing as they grow. At their 10th anniversary party, they shared an evening of merriment with their valued clients and hosted donation drives for the Salvation Army and St. Jude House.

Weiler said the company is further excited to grow their social media presence and increase their use of creative content to fuel a larger network of clients and partnerships.

“We’re excited for all the potential,” Weiler said.
