I know I usually reserve this space for ranting about sports or legal gambling, but ValpoLife.com just completed its first week and a half of officially being a central source for Valparaiso's citizenry. What a crazy week it has been.
We've had the pleasure of meeting and partnering with several organizations and individuals who believe that what we are doing can truly be a invaluable asset to the community, whether it be from a story telling standpoint or just as a central source for all of the great events and programs going on around town.
I've definitely learned a lot in working through the craziness of launching a website unlike any other, some of which are that:
- Twitter may actually be a useful tool
- Valparaiso has some bright individuals when it comes to markets and investing, and
- As far as relationships around the office, Royal Rumbles may not, in fact, be the best way to solve a problem.
Again, we really appreciate how positive the general response has been thus far in our existence. We encourage you to keep coming back because each day we are posting more and more pieces of content, events, and voices from the community.
