Ethan Lennan was named as the Duneland Athletic Conference MVP for the 2012 season as the Valparaiso High School boys soccer team sent five team members to the conference squad.
Lennan was joined by fellow Vikings Yaman Atassi, Chase Holford, Luke Kovar, Isaac Withrow on the team. The Valparaiso High School boys soccer team finished tied in first place in the conference with Crown Point for the 2012 regular season.
