Open auditions for Southlake Children’s Choir 2012-2013 season were recently announced; separate locations were established for prospective members in Lake and Porter counties.
The first set of auditions will be 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Mondays, May 7 and 14, at Our Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1515 W. 93rd Ave., Crown Point.
Auditions for Porter County residents will be between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Thursdays, May 10 and 17, at Liberty Bible Church, 824 N. Calumet Ave., Chesterton.
No preparation is necessary for this low-stress, short audition, and parents are welcome to attend.
Southlake Children’s Choir promotes musical and cultural experiences for its members and strengthens the arts communities in Lake and Porter counties.
