The Valpo Parks Department has instructional opportunities for adults of all skill levels. Classes are instructed by Nancy Bender, LPGA teaching professional at Creekside Golf Course and Training Center 2355 Clifford Road in Valpo.
Monday Morning Clinics For Ladies
Lady players of all abilities will benefit from this one hour class, where one aspect of the golf game is addressed each session. Price is $15 per session plus range balls and class time is Monday at 9 am on the following dates:

Golfing BLISS
In this 30–minute conditioning class, golfers bring a 7 iron and dress in comfortable clothes. Class is Wednesdays at 1:15 pm on March 7, 14, 21, and 28. Price is $5 per class.
THE APPRENTICE
Interested in trying the game of golf for the first time? This 2 day/2 hour class will give the beginner an introduction to the basic skills of the game. For those who need clubs, loaners are provided. Price is $60 plus range balls. Sessions are on the following dates in March:
March 10 & 17 Saturdays 10 am
March 14 & 16 Wed, Fri 10 am
March 20 & 22 Tues, Thurs 1 pm
PRO EYE on the GOLF GUY T
his 2 day/2 hour class is open to all guys who are looking to take their golf game to the next level. Your distance swing is analyzed using video the first day. The short game and course management are addressed in the next class session.
