The Chesterton Middle School Music Department will present a March Music Festival on Tuesday, March 12 from 6-9 p.m. at the CMS Auditorium and East Gym.
The festival will serve as a fundraiser to benefit the CMS Toys for Teens and Food Pantry. A $1 donation per person and non-perishable food item may be given at the door. All proceeds will go to charity. The festival will feature fine performances from the bands, bell choirs, choirs and orchestras. In addition, a silent auction will be incorporated featuring many gift baskets and an auction of CMS Band Director Vince Arizzi's and Orchestra Director Tom Schnabel's baton will occur at their concerts.
Between performances, visitors can check out all of the baskets and then bid on them. The evening is a great opportunity for parents and members of the community to hear the middle school performing groups and support this community fundraiser.
