Meet Joe Pagan: Real Estate Agent, NWI Resident, Avid Ping Pong Player and Philanthropist

c21-joe-paganCENTURY 21 Alliance Group agent Joe Pagan likes helping others accomplish their home ownership dreams. He says his favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement his clients have when their needs and desires are met. Their happiness is what drives him.

His father inspired him at a young age to be a real estate agent. He was very skilled in every facet of building and development and was a real estate investor. Joe would assist him with many of his projects and very much enjoyed walking through new developments with him. That experience stayed with Joe and developed into a strong desire to help others with attaining home ownership.

Joe became a licensed real estate agent in August 2004. He was project managing for a company with a group of real estate investors, and at that time he was a licensed mortgage consultant.

He has a beautiful wife, Ella, as well as six wonderful children. Four of them are hard working young men, two of which are married with great wives, and have given him three grandchildren, a boy and two girls. One of his sons proudly served in the military, is now out and he’s thankful he has relocated his family back here close to home so he can now see them and his grandson more often. One of his sons lives out of town in the gulf coast running a newer division of their growing company. He has two beautiful, determined daughters, one a very artistically driven sophomore in high school, the other a college sophomore majoring in elementary education in California. He is so proud of all his children and grandchildren. “We are very blessed,” Joe said.

Joe lives locally, just outside of town and has lived in Northwest Indiana for over 27 years. He grew up in Orland Park, IL and then moved to Northwest Indiana in 1987 to go to college.

When he’s not at work, his favorite hobbies include shooting pool and playing ping pong. He also loves being outdoors. He enjoys taking long walks outside as well as bike riding and hiking. “Being able to be around and see nature is probably the most enjoyable. It’s very refreshing,” he said.

“I am so glad and thankful I get to work with such a great group at Century 21 Alliance Group. Integrity, doing what’s right for our clients is at the heart of all we do. Being able to serve our clients by looking out for what’s in their best interest, seeing them happy and helping them accomplish what they set out to do is the reward,” Joe said.
