Meet the Worstells: Dedicated to their Real Estate Clients and the Community

rot2Diane and Natalie Worstell of the Worstell Group are CENTURY 21 Alliance Group agents committed to serving their clients and the community.

A Realtor for more than 30 years, Diane Worstell focuses on commercial leasing and sales. With an unsurpassed knowledge of the downtown central business district, Diane has helped more than 300 companies find a new business location in Valparaiso. Diane’s other areas of expertise include property management, renovations of investment opportunities and subdivision development.

Before following in the footsteps of her mother and embarking on a career in real estate, Natalie earned a degree in interior design and marketing from Ball State University, worked as a loan officer in new construction sales, and worked in sales and marketing.

“I worked in commercial real estate with my parents for several years before joining CENTURY 21 Alliance Group and have enjoyed my entrepreneurial pursuit ever since,” Natalie said.

Natalie began at CENTURY 21 Alliance Group in 2010, and Diane and Natalie joined forces at the agency in 2012. The Worstells complement one another well, and with experience in owning and managing several companies—all real estate related—the Worstells bring a lot of value to their clients.

Diane has extensive experience in commercial real estate and development, and is an expert in commercial leasing. Natalie enjoys assisting clients who are experiencing financial problems and need to liquidate their home quickly through a short sale. She also focuses on new construction.

The Worstells represent commercial and residential clients from all walks of life and every price range. They make their client and their real estate needs their top priority.

“We believe everyone deserves excellence from their real estate agent and are never too busy for our clients or their referrals,” Natalie said. “We offer exceptional service at every price point.”

Since joining forces in 2012, the Worstells were named the number one selling agents at CENTURY 21 Alliance Group for 2012, with $7.6 million in residential and commercial sales. Also in 2012, they were awarded with the Century 21 Ruby Award. They are members of the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

In addition to their work as real estate agents, both Diane and Natalie are committed to serving their communities. Diane has been a member of the Valparaiso Board of Zoning Appeals and the Valparaiso Plan Commission for more than 13 years, and is an active member of the Tri Kappa philanthropic sorority. Natalie is an active member of the Valparaiso Rotary Club and both attend Calvary Church in Valparaiso.
