Sous Chef, Pamela Ward, and Executive Chef, Timothy Bellamy, from Methodist Hospitals participated in the Easter Taste of Care, a culinary show down where inspired Health of Care Chefs compete for the prize of Top Chef. Methodist Hospitals Chefs won the Top Chef prize with their Easter omelets made with red, yellow, blue, green and orange food ingredients that included tri-colored peppers, onions, spinach, ham, bacon turkey sausage with a touch of hollandaise sauce. The community was invited to attend the annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny Taste of Care sponsored by Prompt Ambulance and The Salvation Army. The event was held on Saturday, March 28th at the Porter County Expo Center in Valparaiso.
