Methodist Hospitals is pleased to announce that Drs. Raphael Albert and Isidora Nantes, Family Practice Physicians, have joined the Methodist Physician Group (MPG) Network effective June 20, 2016. Both physicians were formerly part of Porter Physician Group, a division of Porter Health Care System, and the United States Steel (USS) Family Medical Center prior to Porter Health System purchasing the clinic in December of 2014.
Both physicians have served Northwest Indiana families for many years at the same location at 251 W. 84th. Drive in Merrillville, Indiana. By joining the MPG group patients are now supported by the advanced, nearby resources of Methodist Hospitals. Both physician are welcoming new patients and all insurance plans are accepted.
