Move It or Lose It

Exercise-BikesAre you serious about making a positive change to your health and well being? Have you tried exercise and nutrition programs in the past but have not stuck with it? Do you need help getting started and motivated? This program is for you!

You will receive 3 hours of training per week for 7 weeks, with 30 minutes of lecture and 60 minutes of circuit training each day. There will be weekly weigh-ins, three fitness assessments, food journaling, exercise, nutrition lectures, and - most importantly - a group of people to work with who have the same goals as you.
