ymca-logo-red-orangeReceive guidance to get meet your fitness goals. 3 hours of training per week for 7 weeks with 30 minutes of lecture, and 60 minutes of circuit training each day. There will be weekly weigh ins, three fitness assessments, nutrition lectures, and a group of people to work with that share your goals! The next session begins September 6, 2011 - October 23, 2011. Enroll by September 5; class size limited.
