NAP Credits Now Available to Caring Place Donors!

CaringPllaceLogoWhat are NAP credits?
2013-2014 Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) tax credits are available to donors of The Caring Place. NAP credits are a great way to support our organization while gaining significant tax credits.

How does it work?
Donations of $100 or more are eligible for a 50% Indiana tax credit and a deduction at the federal level if you itemize. Each $100 in gifts from an Indiana resident who tax bracket is 28% generates an estimated $64 in tax savings ($50 NAP tax credit and $14 in federal tax savings), so each $100 you give costs you only $36.

To receive NAP credits, please send a check of $100 or more made out to "The Caring Place" with "NAP" written on the memo line of the check. Mail checks to The Caring Place 3107 Cascade Dr. Valparaiso, IN 46383.

NAP credits are available on a limited basis and gifts will be processed in the order they are received. So don't wait to take advantage of this great tax opportunity, while benefiting the Caring Place! If you have questions concerning NAP credits, call Mary K at 219-464-0840 ext 102.
