NIPSCO was out today in Valpo, replacing an electrical pole and transformers for the Elks building and the Valparaiso Chamber office. "We're doing some upgrades today, standard maintenance," stated Kevin, one of the workers on the job. During the process, some of the city stoplights went out but the crew was actively working together with the city to get everything back online as quickly as possible, and the lights are back up and running.
