Opportunity Enterprises Family and Friends Together Meeting January 18

Gary Mitchell, President and CEO of Opportunity Enterprises, Inc. will give a presentation on the changes in disability funding in the State of Indiana, how these changes have already affected the agency, and what to expect for the future at the OE Family and Friends Together meeting, Monday, January 18 at 6:30 p.m. Those interested in attending the meeting are asked to enter Opportunity Enterprises, 2801 Evans Avenue in Valparaiso, at the Training Room, Entrance #2, at the north end of the building.

In order to reach as many parents and friends as possible, OE is encouraging all parents to bring a friend or another parent to the meeting. Guests are welcome at this event.

The Family and Friends Together meetings are part of an Opportunity Enterprises initiative, Family and Consumer Supports. The program provides support for parents, siblings, guardians and friends of consumers, as well as an outlet to be actively engaged with loved ones. It was created by Opportunity Enterprises as it prepares for the increasing number of challenged individuals seeking services as they transition into new programs, the community or the workforce. The objective of this program is to better serve current and potential OE consumer families by sharing resources, information and volunteer opportunities.
