Orange Pineapple Smoothie by Porter Health System

Yield: 2 Servings

  • 1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey

In a blender combine the juices, yogurt and honey. Blend. Pour into two glasses and garnish with orange twists or fresh mint leaves.
