PCACS Presents: Substitute Decision Making for Healthcare and Property

Porter County Aging & Community Services will host a presentation on Substitute Decision Making for Healthcare & Property by Linda Whitton, JD, Professor of Law at Valparaiso University School of Law, on Monday, September 14 at 1 p.m. at the Campbell Street Café, located in the Meridian Woods subdivision (4245 Meridian Woods Drive, Valparaiso).

Linda Whitton will discuss the importance of having a substitute decision maker in terms of your health care and your property.  She will explain the importance of choosing these individual(s) carefully and explain what issues need to be considered when identifying these “substitute decision makers.” This is a free presentation that is open to the public.
