PNC Invites Not-For-Profit Agencies to Campus

Purdue University North Central will host a fair that will introduce area Not-For-Profit agencies to PNC students and staff on Dec. 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Library Student Faculty Building, Room 144. Hosted by the Purdue North Central Center for Service Learning & Leadership, the fair will bring together PNC faculty and students interested in internships or volunteer opportunities with not-for-profit agencies who are looking for individuals to fill positions.

Agencies interested in attending may reserve a table for a fee of $25, which also includes lunch for two representatives. Agency representatives have the opportunity to attend an afternoon workshop on volunteer management and communication. This fair will give attendees the opportunity to network with representatives of the non-profit agencies in attendance to set up service learning projects between the agency and PNC, volunteer opportunities and learning about internships for students.

For further information and to see which agencies will attend the fair, visit the Center for Service Learning & Leadership's website at www.pnc.edu/csll, or email the center at service-learning@pnc.edu, or call Amanda Martin at 462-4197 ext. 5461.
