Purdue University North Central students may now register to take Spring semester 2013 classes offered at the Portage University Center, located at 6260 Central Ave., in Portage. PNC spring semester classes begin the week of Jan. 14.
The University Center presents another convenient option for students to take PNC classes closer to their homes and work.
PNC University Center classes include offerings in English, Biology, Math, Business, History, Organizational Leadership, Political Science, Communication and Sociology. A full schedule of all PNC classes, including those at the University Center, can be found at http://pnc.edu/schedule/.
New students wishing to enroll for spring semester courses can apply for admissions online at http://wwwlpnc.edu/admissions/ and register immediately upon acceptance.
In addition, prospective PNC students are invited to attend Enrollment Day on Thursday, Dec. 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the PNC Westville campus, 1401 S. U.S. 421.
This event welcomes current and prospective students who want to register for the Spring 2013 semester. Prospective students will have the opportunity to fill out an application, get admitted, take the assessment test (if needed) and receive financial aid counseling. Official transcripts must be submitted in order to get evaluated for admission. Once admitted, students will meet with an academic advisor to discuss their plan of study and register for courses.
