PNC On-Campus Car and Bike Show to Benefit Veterans

PNC-Rotaract-Car-ShowThe Purdue University North Central Rotaract Club will host a car and bike show on Saturday, Sept. 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the PNC campus parking lots.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Warriors First Foundation (WFF) a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the health and wellbeing needs of the military community's active-duty and retired personnel and their families.

Registration will be from 10 a.m. to noon. The entry fee is $10 per show-car and bike owners. Judging will begin at noon and continue until the awards ceremony at 1:30 pm. Fourteen awards will be given, including best of show, best car, best truck, best sport bike, best cruiser, best classic bike and others. Plaques will be presented to the winners.

Other classes include 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, custom vehicle and more. Dash plaques are available to the first 50 vehicles registered the morning of the event.

The event will feature live music by Funky Mojodaddy and food and drinks will be available for purchase from Valpo Vienna.
