Purdue University North Central Office of Continuing Education will offer a non-credit course to prepare students to take the Indiana Home Inspector Examination and become licensed home inspectors in Indiana.
A licensed Indiana home inspector will teach students about the intricacies of building structures and systems and demonstrate investigative techniques needed to complete inspections of homes and businesses.

"Pre-licensing for Home Inspectors" will meet at the PNC Westville Campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 12 to March 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. Registration is $1,350 and a textbook and course materials are included.
