PNC Representative Selected as ICC Senior Fellow

PNC-Laura-WeaverLaura Weaver, coordinator of the Purdue University North Central Center for Service Learning and Leadership, has been selected as the Indiana Campus Compact Community Service Director Senior Fellow for 2011 - 2012.

As the senior fellow, Weaver will work with ICC staff to plan and implement the 2012 Community Service Director Institute which will be held at PNC held on Thursday, May 31 and Friday, June 1. The Institute will bring together faculty and service engagement staff professionals together to discuss emerging trends and best practices in the field of service engagement.

Weaver also serves on the six-member Indiana Campus Compact Advisory Council and leads the PNC initiatives with the President's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge and she supervises the PNC Service Engagement and Interfaith Service Corps AmeriCorps programs.
