Michael Todd Bell Mechanical Engineering Scholarship - for Indiana residents, with a preference for La Porte County residents, with at least one semester of study and at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA - Joseph Yagelski, Michigan City; Kai Justice, Wheatfield.
