PNC to Hold Career and Internship Fair

Purdue University North Central Office of Career Development will host its Spring Career Day Job & Internship Fair on Friday, Feb. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Library-Student-Faculty Building, Room 144. This free event is open to all current Purdue students and alumni, regardless of campus, including PNC, ?Purdue West Lafayette, Purdue Calumet, IPFW and ?IUPUI.

More than 25 employers are expected to attend. Among the companies who are seeking resumes for employees or interns are: Boys & Girls Club of Michigan City; Camp Ray Bird, South Bend; Dunes Learning Center, Chesterton; Dwyer Instruments, Inc., Michigan City; Easter Seals of Wisconsin; Express Employment Professionals, Valparaiso; Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore; Indiana Wesleyan University, Merrillville; Lakeshore Area Regional Recovery of Indiana, Munster; LaPorte County Historical Society Museum, LaPorte; LaPorte Savings Bank, LaPorte; Liberty Mutual, Boston, Mass.; Northwest Indiana Public Broadcasting, Inc. Lakeshore Public Radio & Lakeshore Public TV, Merrillville; Porter-Starke Services, Valparaiso; Purdue University North Central, Westville; Sisters of St Francis Health Services, Michigan City representing St. Anthony Memorial and St. Margaret Mercy hospitals and St. Anthony Medical Center; Social Security Administration, Michigan City; Swanson Center, Michigan City; Toast Hotel Group, New Buffalo, Mich.; US Census Bureau, South Bend; Valparaiso Family YMCA, Valparaiso; Valparaiso University School of Law and Walgreens, Deerfield, Ill.

Career Fair visitors are asked to wear professional dress and should bring multiple copies of their resumes.
