Host Purdue University North Central improved to 7-14 overall and 2-9 in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletics Conferecne (CCAC) with an 80-68 win over Roosevelt University (12-10, 4-8) on Wednesday in La Porte.
Shereff Knight poured in a game-high 21 points and eight rebounds to lead the Panther effort. Terrell John added a double-double (14 points, 11 rebounds) for PNC.
The Panthers held a 38-26 advantage in the paint and raced out to a 44-29 halftime lead.
