Point Medical, a medical manufacturing and distribution company headquartered in Crown Point, has consolidated their presence in the Region. The company sold their property located at 891 E. Summit Street in Crown Point and now operates at their location next door, at 871 E. Summit Street.
Antony Miocic, Director of Office Group at Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial Real Estate, represented the sellers in the transaction. “Point Medical was able to utilize their space at 871 E. Summit more efficiently and in the end decided it was better to dispose of 891 E. Summit.
