The Porter County Health Department is sponsoring a food drive and is asking Porter County employees and citizens to donate for Porter County families in need. The food drive is taking place from November 8-19, 2010. Drop off boxes are located in the Courthouse Lobby, the Administration Center Lobby, the Health Department, the North County Annex Building, the Sheriff's Department and the Juvenile Detention Center.
Any nonperishible items, cleaning supplies or paper products will be appreciated. The items will be taken to the Hilltop Food Pantry and the Portage Food Pantry.
