Porter Health System recently named Nancy Babich, Director of Diagnostic Imaging, as Porter’s Clinical Manager-of-the-Year, and Jeff Edgerly, Director of Environmental Services, as Porter’s Non-Clinical Manager-of-the-Year.
“Nancy and Jeff are first-class leaders and exemplify our organization’s core values and caring culture,” stated Jonathan Nalli, CEO, Porter Health System. “Both lead by example, appreciate and motivate their co-workers and have a clear vision to consistently attain their departmental goals and objectives.”
As Director of Diagnostic Imaging, Babich is responsible for overseeing all radiology functions including X-ray, CT, MRI, PET scan, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and the Women’s Center. According to individuals who work with Babich, she deserves this honor due to her dedication to quality, growth and physician and patient satisfaction.
Jeff Edgerly, Director of Environmental Services, oversees housekeeping responsibilities for all Porter facilities. According to his co-workers, Edgerly is always willing to pitch in and help with any task. Additionally, his colleagues and fellow directors refer to him as an example of solid management practices.
