Porter Health System’s Healthy Woman Program Presents “Estrogen Dominance: Hormone Imbalance”

To help women better understand how hormone imbalances can affect their lives, Porter Health System’s Healthy Woman Program will present an educational seminar entitled, “Estrogen Dominance: Hormone Imbalance” by Mary Ann Jones, MD, and Angela Tursman, CNP. The program will be held at 6:30 pm, on Tuesday, Feb. 23, at the Porter – Education and Rehab Center, 1401 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso.

That evening, Dr. Jones and Tursman will address how women’s delicate hormones can be affected by illness, stress, vitamin deficiencies and more. Additionally, they will help women learn to recognize and reduce hormone imbalances when they occur.

Porter’s Healthy Woman program is a free community resource designed to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to make informed healthcare and well-being decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
