Porter Health System’s Healthy Woman Program Presents “Favorite Holiday Fare Recipe Makeover”

Learn how to lighten up your favorite holiday recipes during Porter Health System’s Healthy Woman program, “Favorite Holiday Fare Recipe Makeover.” The program will begin at 6:30 pm, on Tuesday, Dec. 7, at Porter’s Education & Rehabilitation Campus, 1401 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso. During the presentation, Porter’s registered dietitian, Jill Kilhefner, RD, CD, will discuss how to modify some of your favorite holiday recipes to reduce the fat and calories, while keeping all of the flavor and appeal.

Porter’s Healthy Woman program is a free community resource designed to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to make informed healthcare and well-being decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
