Learn how to lighten up your favorite holiday recipes during Porter Health System’s Healthy Woman program, “Favorite Holiday Fare Recipe Makeover.” The program will begin at 6:30 pm, on Tuesday, Dec. 7, at Porter’s Education & Rehabilitation Campus, 1401 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso.
During the presentation, Porter’s registered dietitian, Jill Kilhefner, RD, CD, will discuss how to modify some of your favorite holiday recipes to reduce the fat and calories, while keeping all of the flavor and appeal.
