Porter Health System’s Healthy Woman Program Presents “Healthy Lifestyles: Do They Really Impact Your Health?”

Healthy_Woman_porter_logoPorter Health System’s Healthy Woman program will present “Healthy Lifestyles: Do They Really Impact Your Health?” Join Michael Mirochna, MD, to learn how positive lifestyle changes can make a difference in your health and where you can gain the greatest return.

The program is free and will be offered twice: on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 6 pm (refreshments provided) and on Friday, Sept. 23 at Noon (light lunch provided). Both sessions will be held at Porter’s Education and Rehabilitation Campus, 1401 Calumet Avenue in Valparaiso.
