Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program Presents “Bone Health”

To better understand how bone density relates to osteoporosis and fracture risk, Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program will present an educational seminar entitled, “Bone Health,” by Porter’s Community Wellness Coordinator Leah Saltanovitz, RN, BSN. The program will be held from 12:15 to 1:30 pm, on Thursday, July 15, at Banta’s Village Park Enrichment Center, 605 Beech St., Valparaiso. Senior_Circle_Logo_porter

Saltanovitz will discuss ways of preventing and monitoring osteoporosis. A free heel bone density screening will also be included.
