To educate our 50-plus population about the dangers of prostate cancer, Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program will present an educational seminar entitled, “Important News about Prostate Cancer” by Urologist Adam Perlmutter, DO. The program will begin at 6:30 pm, on Monday, Sept. 13, at the Portage YMCA, 3100 Willowcreek Road, Portage. 
Prostate cancer is the most common non-skin cancer in men and usually doesn’t cause symptoms in the early stages. Dr. Perlmutter will discuss the latest treatments for this disease.
