To help you follow through on that resolution in a healthy way, Porter Regional Hospital will present “Fad Diets: A Quick Fix or Diet Disaster?” at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the Community Room at Porter Regional Hospital, 85 East US Highway 6 in Valparaiso.
