Porterfield Family Chiropractic Collects 400lbs of Food for Families in Need

Demonstrating the value of a body and soul living perfect harmony, Porterfield Family Chiropractic hosted another successful Patient Appreciation Day. Just in time for Thanksgiving, the Valparaiso chiropractic office rounded up some do-gooders to collect nourishment for families who were most in need of it this holiday season.

With the help of their loyal patients, Porterfield Chiropractic team members managed to collect 400lbs of food to deliver to the Food Pantry at Asbury Center. The practice also made out a check in the amount of $1350 for the Food Pantry.

“Thanks so much to our patients for the amazing work you did to help those less fortunate during this Thanksgiving season!” Dr. Ryan Porterfield, DC, wrote in a recent Facebook message to his patients and supporters.

In a demonstration of pride and appreciation for their community, Dr. Porterfield and his staff members invite their patients to join them in this endeavor each year. In their own demonstration of faith and appreciation, Porterfield’s patients always rise to the occasion.

Porterfield was ecstatic toward his patients for their support.

“We appreciate you and are so grateful to have earned your trust,” he said. “[We’re happy] to serve and keep your central nervous system strong and healthy!”

If the outpouring of gratitude and warmth on all sides is any indication, it’s easy to see that Porterfield Family Chiropractic does a fine job managing the soul’s aches and pain, too.
