Join Purdue Extension Porter County as they present “Pump Out the Jam!” Come learn how to make and preserve homemade jams and jellies for your family and friends!
This free course is open to the public and will be held on Wednesday June 20, 2012 from 10am-11am at Sunset Hill Farm County Park in Valparaiso. Purdue Extension’s HHS Educator, Annetta Jones, will give demonstrations on preparing jams and jellies and will also answer additional questions about canning and food preservation.
