QuickBooks Workshops Outline Basics for New Users

nwi-sbdcThe Northwest ISBDC is partnering with Anna Sheets of Accounting Made Simple for a two-part event on QuickBooks essentials. The workshops are from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays Sept. 13 and 20 at the Purdue University North Central Graduate Building, 600 Vale Park Road, in Room 20.

The workshops for new users will outline core bookkeeping functions including: accounting primer, getting started, navigating QuickBooks, managing lists, working with bank accounts, recording sales, receiving payments, making deposits and entering and paying bills. Participants receive class materials and instructor follow-up as well as a certificate of completion.
