Three technicians at Rainbow International of Northwest Indiana were honored by being named one of The Dwyer Group Elite in 2011 for their contributions as an outstanding technician.
Dawn Wright, Jami Anderson, and Keith Henry were each recipients of the honor, given to employees at Rainbow International who are able to maintain high levels of customer loyalty. More times often than not, after these technicians interact with a customer, those customers become promoters of Rainbow International.
“I feel honored to be recognized for this award," Wright commented. "I already enjoy helping our customers restore their homes back to their pre-loss condition, but this is a great recognition."
“It’s very rewarding to know that when we leave the job the customers take the time to fill out the survey cards to show their support for the work we have done. You truly feel appreciated and that is reward in itself,” says Henry of the honor.
The trio brings over 35 years of experience to the team at Rainbow International of Northwest Indiana, an aspect that gives them a special edge when working through tough situations.
“When the storms hit I know the calls are coming. The homeowner is alraedy stressed out on the other line and is not sure what to do next," explained Anderson. "That’s where I get my biggest satisfaction in helping the customers step by step and giving them a piece of mind, knowing we are here for them 24/7/365”.
