Recreation and Visitors Commission: Community Input Needed

Have you ever thought about what Porter County and its communities could do to make them a better place to live and visit? Your opinion matters!  Destination Development International (DDI) is creating branding for the county and its communities because branding is the essence of who a community is and what makes it distinct.

Roger Brooks and his team from DDI will be in Porter County April 2 through April 9 and will create an action plan to help communities make important changes to continue being great places to live and visit. Your help is needed in this process!

Don’t miss your opportunity to give your ideas and thoughts about your community by attending the Community Visioning and Branding Public Meeting on April 2, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Porter County Expo Center. If you cannot make the event, there are other opportunities to give your input. We have listed all of the public comment times below and they are also included on this flyer.

Please watch our YouTube video from Roger Brooks on the importance of this project. Also, please forward this information on to family, friends and business associates!
